MW05 Series Electromagnet Lifter Structure Feature        

MW05series electromagnet lifter is widely used on smelting,casting,and transportation to carry steel plate,steel casting,steel ingot,pig iron and steel scrap and many other things with magnetic permeability.

Mainly feature are as following:

1.MW5series electromagnet lifer use special magnetic path design,gap flux density is high.Non magnetic coil backplate is made of high manganese steel plate with good resistance and abrasive resistance,it is welded with the body case, it doesnot use bolts to connect ,so it is very firm and strong.

2.The coil use double glass silk to pack the aluminium wire,thermostability and good insulativity.

3. Insulation system is reasonable. Insulating treatments:vacuumize,Vacuum encapsulating compound.This kind of treatment can increase the electric property and mechanical properties.Insulating material resistance to heat class is up to C.

4.On-load factor is 50% usually.On-load factor 75% magent is called high frequency magnet,

 1.Workers must check and sure the technical parameters of electromagnet is suitable for the working condition,and check and sure the cable reel and electric control equipment is match with electromagnet. Workers much check it before the operation.

 2.Workers must operate electromagnet according with lifting regulations .

 3.pls be sure it is power off ,then can pull out or connect the cable connectors.

4.Workers should fix electromagnet in special conditions to avoid the revolution, becasue the revolution will twist off the cables or will make major accident.
