1.Function

    DKX(P) series electric control equipment is suitable for the control of 220v electromagnet lifing and droping. DKX electric control equipment can protect the coil of the magnet from being punctured by high voltage presure.The operation of the electric control equipment is very simple and performance is reliable.It is particularly suitable for working with electromagent lifter.

   2.Working of electric control equipment can be very reliable in the following conditions:

  a. Surrounding air temperature range is -5°C to +40°C.

  b. Surrounding air average temperature can not be high than +35°C in 24  hours.

  c. Installation place can not be high than elevation 2000M.

  d.Surrounding air average humidity can not be high than 90%(average  temperature is 25°C)in every day.

  e.Electric control equipment can be used in the following environment :

conductivity pollution environment ;  from dry non-conductive pollution  environment become to conductive pollution environment by condensation (pollution grade is 3 ).

  

                                                                                                        

Technical Parameters and Structure Feature

1.Structure Feature

Electric control equipment include :rectification transformer,alternating contactor,rectification two-electrode valve,direct current contactor,time relay,discharge resistance,RK-SWB and so many other components.

Enclosure is made of cold-roll steel sheets ,and the enclosure like box-type structure (or CTNR type).

2.Principle of Operation:

     a.Turnning on the power switch,380V alternating current can become to 163V low power from rectification transformer, this step is ready for magnet lifting .

b.When we turn on the lifing switch,direct current contactor KM1,KM3 closed,transformer secondary winding and supply alternating voltage,will output direct voltage after rectification,and direct current will supply to the coil of the electromagent lifter,electromagnet will make out powerful magnetism,then magnet will lift the steel plate or iron billets firmly.

c.When we turn on the droping switch ,direct current contactor KM1,KM3 release,the coil of the magnet will electro-discharge along with contact terminal of discharge resistor R,direct current contactorKM3.At the same time,dropping cocontactor KM2 closed,reverse voltage 200V come to the coil of magnet ,will speed up the current dropping of the coil,aslo will speed up the iron billets dropping,about 1~2 second later,(adjust KT), dropping contactor is power off,then all the iron billets or plate will drop.

Installation and Adjustment

1.Workers must check if type of magnet is suitable for electric control equipment's technical parameters(output volt and output current) before the installation.

2.Connecting direct current output side to magnet's outlet according with electrical principle diagram,must install the cable reel in the middle,avoid the cable is snap break when the magent rise and drop.

3.The base of the electric control equipment must be fixed if install the electric control equipment on the moving crane.

4.After checking and be sure the connection is ok,then can be charged with electricity to adjust.Examinine the lifting and dropping . KT time relay still need to adjust if you find magnet can not drop the iron scrap completely or be lifted agian after the dropping.Workers must adjust it many times,until the lift and drop is at the best time.Usually,1~2second later after direct cocontactor colsed is the best time to release automatically.

Maintainance and Use

 1.Usually,on-load factor of magnet is 50%.it is not allowed to electrify magnet long time during the operation,or magent suction fall and shorten life of magnet becasue of long-term high temperature for magent's coil.The most serious is that wil burn up the electromagnet lifter.

 2.When electromagnet lift the iron scrap on the crane,it is not allowed to put  operation swich to lifting switch at once after the dropping. Workers must wait until the magnet moved to lifting place,then worker can put the operation switch to lifting switch,then can start the lifting operation.

 3.Workers must check the components connection inside the control equipment regularly.Clean the dirt retention inside and fasten connections of the components.
